I haven't really started reading the book yet, but after glancing through it and looking at the table of contents, it does not look like what the title implies - Universal Apps. Being that this book was released not too long before Windows 10 & Visual Studio 2015 (which means that a lot of documentation or other information was available, since I have seen some of it), I was hoping that this book would show how to create truly universal apps - a single package for all form factors.

This book had a nice first chapter, it had a nice example project and I like when books explain something and give you something to do or shows you how to follow some sample code. So I was exited to continue reading...

This book is too loquacious on trivial aspects of XAML & C# and very light on strategies. I get the impression, it was not written for seasoned application developers.
